"All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar inside the Hotel 1000 is the perfect compliment to their craft cocktail bar Rosebay. It's a beautiful restaurant for brunch, happy hour, or dinner. Brunch service is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with happy hour/dinner service starting at 4 p.m. During this visit, we enjoyed drinks from the bar that included juices and mocktails, which was a nice addition to their selection of beers, wine, and cocktails. We ordered the selection of oysters and tuna crudo. The tuna crudo was so special with shaved fennel, pink grapefruit segments, avocado bits, and a chili crunch."

"This restaurant was connected to our hotel that we stayed at in Seattle. The restaurant was very modern and clean. Our waitress Ellie was very helpful and personable. My wife and I ordered the oysters of the day and they were absolutely delicious, the halibut ceviche was done very well, and the hot shrimp with the garlic butter sauce was amazing. We went for happy hour, and it did not disappoint. My wife is gluten-free and they were able to provide gluten-free crackers for her."

"Staying at Hotel 1000, we decided to stop by the restaurant connected to it—and it turned out to be a great choice! We had an excellent breakfast; a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it. The staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the host who made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich or the pancakes—both were fantastic!"

"Oysters were oysters, but that’s just as much my unrefined palate as anything. The presentation was photogenic and the staff helpful. The NW chowder was dominated by the bacon, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. My sockeye salmon was fabulous. A bit of char on the bottom. Not too fishy. I could’ve had another order and been happy. The quality of every item was high, with prices to match. Dinner ran $90 with those 3 selections. Not a restaurant I’d ordinarily stop at, but for a special occasion it fits the bill."
